Palaeobiology Lab

Lab resources

The Palaeobiology Lab has several resources available to students and visiting researchers. These include a large collection of extant primate skeletal material and casts of fossil primates from around the world. The fossil primate collection is rich in catarrhines from countries like China, Ethiopia, Greece, Kenya, Pakistan, Spain, South Africa, Tanzania, and Turkey. Other research tools include several 3D scanners and 3D printers, in addition to traditional osteometric equipment.

Interested in joining us?

Prospective undergraduate researchers, graduate students, and postdocs should reach out to me (jr2006@cam.ac.uk) to discuss opportunities. I am accepting MA and PhD students through the Department of Archaeology at the University of Cambridge.
